Dove Dale Blue

Lovely blue cheese from the Staffordshire cheese company quite soft not crumbly but a little bit grainy. Not too pungent, nicely balanced.

A right mix of chilliest and peppers in this including scotch bonnets, so it has quite a nice kick.
A pleasant cheese in the Camembert style, would be better outside on a nice summers day.
Pleasant creamy flavour, this is better than the last Gorgonzola I tried.
From Fieldings cottage in Norfolk. Very tasty goats cheese, hard and compact with a creamy goat milk flavour, not too strong. Very good.
Homemade a few weeks ago, pressed for 3 days and salt washed. Tastes ok for ricotta.
Standard mature cheddar, not a bad thing.
More like a dessert than a cheese, tasty but too sweet unless you like sweet things
Aged Red Leicester, quite a sweet cheese with a slight crunch. It is on Ems list of likes but not as good as Yorkshire Red.
A cross between cottage cheese and yoghurt. Not much point, put it in my chicken wrap but could not tell it was there! Wraps were good though.
