Another wedge company cheese, ok but no sage flavour
Another one from the Cheese wedge company. Plenty of shallot flavour, in fact too much for my liking, but Phil appreciated it.
Pleasant soft cheese with a bit of a sour tang when eaten meat, but fine when on a biscuit .
A little number from Heron Foods. Creamy almost buttery soft cheese, firm tasty rind. I like it.
Lovely smooth semi hard cheese from the Sheep Milk Company. Very moreish cheese, perfect on a digestive with a drop of whisky.
It is a bit fizzy, not sure if I like it, will have to try some more.
Haloumi style cheese from Kupros in London. This was great, slightly salty as it should be, squeaky when you bite it and really tasty, best Haloumi I have had.
Cheddar cheese with beans from the Cheese wedge company. This was the first of 10 cheeses with some unusual additions, it was surprisingly good, especially on a sandwich with chips and beans!
Lovely creamy Lancashire with a good hint of onions, seriously much better than yesterday’s cheese!
Seriously it was very spreadable, but caramelised onions where seriously undetectable!
