Shepherds Purse Harrogate Blue

Mild and creamy, quite soft, but a little bit grainy. The blueness builds as you eat more, becoming quite pungent.

Smooth and creamy with green bits to match it’s wax, going to have to google it to find out what it has in it.
Chives and shallots in a blended mature cheddar. Nice but not earth shattering. Yet it is really creamy.
Harlech is infused with horseradish and parsley! Made by the Welsh cheese company. I had this for lunch just as a sandwich, it would have been better with some rare beef, or maybe as a topping for a burger. You definitely notice the horseradish, but it is not too in your face. Interesting.
Ok
Cheese wrapped in Wild Garlic leaves. Pleasantly cheesey.
Smooth tasty cheddar from Somerset not too mature but crumbly and creamy at the same time, clever.
My Dad’s funeral today, so a bit sad. But cheese is now out on the table, and as my Dad liked a bit of Edam, the Old Amsterdam seemed appropriate, nice and tangy with a fruity finish.
Ok so not the most highbrow cheese on the list so far, but spread on some Brook House Inn granary bread infused with Cumin, coriander and apricot it was very pleasant.
Semi hard cheese from Italy, a hint of Parmesan, but not as hard or dry. Quite sharp, not in a bad way, would be good on pizza.
Found a lovely little deli in Whitehaven with a selection of cheeses. Today’s cheese is a sheep and goat milk feta infused with olives and jalapeños, the cheese is so creamy, could just spread it on toast, but made a great Greek salad for lunch.
