366 Days of Cheese
Tried to make a Turkish cheese which is similar to Mozzarella, but went wrong somewhere, did make a nice sort of ricotta with smoked paprika mixed in. Made thermometer holder now as I think temperature of the milk was the problem.
Really nice crumbly cheese difficult to fault.
My first attempt at mozzarella looks and tastes ok, probably would have been better with full fat milk

Homemade#3 Cambozola Cream Cheese
I mixed homemade cream cheese with cambozola what could possibly go wrong!
Not usually a massive fan of goats cheese, but this is lovely, creamy, mildly blue and a bit goaty, with a slightly grainy mouthfeel. Sitting nicely with Laphroaig select.
Cheddar mixed with wine, not my cup of tea.
Homemade cream cheese infused with olives, sun blush tomatoes and a little chilli. Lovely combo with a nice fruit and pickle salad.
