Aiming for chechill -missed

Tried to make a Turkish cheese which is similar to Mozzarella, but went wrong somewhere, did make a nice sort of ricotta with smoked paprika mixed in. Made thermometer holder now as I think temperature of the milk was the problem.

Ribblesdale blue Goat

Not usually a massive fan of goats cheese, but this is lovely, creamy, mildly blue and a bit goaty, with a slightly grainy mouthfeel. Sitting nicely with Laphroaig select.
