Norwegian brown cheese, made from whey, this is the second one I have tried, this one is slightly less sweet, more cheesey.
Another black cheese I don’t really like.
I thought the horseradish came through well. Enjoyed it on a butty with some beef.
Nice fresh lemony flavour
Pretty good cheese, maybe not quite as good as the one yesterday. Hard to believe I have had 250 different cheeses this year 116 days till next year!
Superb garlic and herb cheese, oregano comes through first, reminds Ben of lasagne, in a good way, as it warms up the garlic develops. Really well balanced cheese, not going to be any left.

Bit of a mystery cheese, until I google it, it tastes a bit goaty, especially the rind! It is creamy and fairly solid. Good flavour, would be good on a salad.
