Beckfoot Blueberry
The first of eight cheeses from Cumbrian cheese maker Mawbray cheese company The Beckfoot is a mild creamy medium soft cheese, in this case with blueberries added. Nice cheese with a slight tang, good on crackers.

Light and creamy Brie, no problem there.

Pleasant cheddar, not too mature, even Emma liked it.

Lebneh in olive oil with oregano
Worked well on top of pizza, nice fruity notes, keeping well in the olive oil. That was my last cheese in our fridge, hope some new ones arrive tomorrow.

Another cheese from Shirevale, less fruit in this one than the Stilton and apricot, not the best Wensleydale, but ok for an evening snack

Labneh in chilli oil with chives
I will definitely be making Labneh again, so easy and very versatile. Spreadable and low in fat, with a tangy acidity.

Shire vale Stilton with apricots
So white Stilton with apricot. I like cheese with fruit in, this one is ok, cheese is pleasant, but the apricots are a bit too chewy and maybe too much fruit to cheese.

Paneer
Pretty much no taste to this cheese, but it is great at taking on flavours and stays solid when heated, so very good in a curry or grilled.

Mint Labneh
Quite minty, completely overwhelmed the smoked duck on the sandwich.

Homemade Labneh
Well this is about the easiest possible cheese to make, just yoghurt, salt and a bit of patience. Creamy flavour, spreadable and ideal to add other flavours to, so more to follow in the coming days!
